What Makes Us Different

Dual Expertise

Unique combination of Neurodevelopmental Disorders and Addictions Psychiatry.

Holistic Approach

We consider relationships, work, and family life - not just symptoms.

International Standards

NICE-compliant pathways, CQC-aligned governance, and global best practice.

Fast Access

Appointments available within days, not months.

Sustainable Practice

Minimum 60 minutes recovery time between appointments to ensure we're never rushed, tired, or running behind.

Culturally Sensitive Assessments

We understand that ADHD and Autism can present differently across cultures, and that many people from minority backgrounds have learned to mask their symptoms to fit in.

We provide assessments that consider:

  • Cultural context of your upbringing
  • Different family expectations and pressures
  • Religious and cultural values around mental health
  • Experience of being misunderstood or dismissed
  • Code-switching and masking strategies
  • Immigration, language, and cultural adjustment experiences

Why We Built a Different Kind of Practice

After working across multiple high-volume assessment clinics, we saw firsthand how burnout affects quality of care. Clinicians seeing 6+ assessments per day, running late, cutting corners, rushing through complex histories.

We decided to build something different:

  • We limit our schedule to stay fresh and engaged
  • We take time off to prevent burnout
  • We maintain work-life balance so we can be fully present
  • Minimum 60 minutes recovery time between appointments

What this means for you:

  • You'll never get a burned-out, disengaged clinician
  • Your appointment won't be rushed because we're running behind
  • We have mental energy to consider your unique situation
  • We genuinely enjoy this work (and it shows)

Our commitment: This is healthcare, not an assembly line. We'd rather see fewer people and do excellent work than maximize volume at the expense of quality.
