Cancellation Policy

Notice Period

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to other patients who may be waiting for care.

Cancellation Fees

• More than 48 hours notice: No cancellation fee. You may reschedule or cancel without charge.
• Less than 48 hours notice: 50% of the consultation fee will be charged.
• No-show or same-day cancellation: Full consultation fee will be charged.

Emergencies and Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected emergencies can occur. In cases of serious illness, bereavement, or other exceptional circumstances, please contact us to discuss your situation. We will consider each case individually and may waive cancellation fees at our discretion.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule and this may be subject to our cancellation policy. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are running late.

Cancellations by Mind Atlantics

If we need to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will give you as much notice as possible and offer alternative appointment times. No fee will be charged for appointments cancelled by us.
